Buuble ("we," "us," "our") operates the buublex.com family of websites and SaaS applications, as well as buublestore.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.
Account Data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account on any Buuble product.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser information, and IP address — collected automatically to improve our services.
Payment Data: All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers.
Business Data: Information you input into our SaaS products to receive services (e.g., financial data for Cost Agent, emissions data for Green Ledger, product listings for Trade Flow). This data is used solely to provide the requested service.
Communication Data: When you contact us via email or forms, we collect the content of those communications to respond to your inquiry.
We do not: Sell your data to third parties, use your data for advertising, or share data with data brokers.

Our products use AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to process certain business data for features like automated analysis, report generation, and recommendations. This processing is governed by data processing agreements with these providers. No personal data is used for AI model training.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing buuble.v@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics cookies from third parties.
